Kinesthetic

Definition

One of the five primary representational systems in NLP, encompassing all kinds of feelings including tactile sensations, visceral body feelings, and emotional states. People with a strong kinesthetic preference tend to process information through physical sensation and emotion, and often use feeling-based predicates in their language (e.g., 'I feel that's right', 'that doesn't sit well with me'). The kinesthetic system is central to emotional processing and somatic experience.
